One Standard Booth (9 sqm) at US $3,870
A bigger Standard Booth of sqm (in multiples of 3) at US $430/sqm = US $
Basic fittings for the ready-for-display Standard Booth include partition walls up to three sides, carpet, fascia name in English and Chinese, one counter, two chairs, two lights, one 220V power outlet and one rubbish can .

Exhibitors booking raw space are required to pay management fee and electrical charges to the exhibition center.

• We would like to host Technical Seminar at US $800 each.
The quotation covers the rental of a room for 100 seats, 2 mics and invitations to selected audience.
One seminar should last no more than 2 hours.

•  We would like to advertise in the Show Directory.
The Show Directory measures 285 mm in height and 210 mm in width.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

To effect their reservations, exhibitors are required to release the payment of 50% or in full within one week upon receipt of the Invoice from the organizer. If the registration is made within 3 months before the exhibition opens, full payment will be sought. All banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the exhibitor. Any cancellation must be sent to the organizer by email or fax. The fees are refundable (minus a US $50 fee) until May 20, 2005. After this date, no refund will be made.
